Before the war, the fembot played in the depressive black metal band Metal Heads, combining her musical career with a job as a bus driver.

In the early days of the war, she joined an Autobot faction with her best friend, Arcee. She fought in Optimus Prime's squad.

After arriving on Earth for the first time, Myrkurana entered a cemetery of vehicles in Russia, where it found its Earth alt form, a PAZ bus. On the highway, Myrkurana was spotted by a group of vehicons, who were destroyed by the fembot's forces.
After joining the surviving autobots, she and her allies defended the energon mines.
After Megatron's supposed death, Starscream seized power and tried to win over Skyquake, but Myrkurana prevented «lord» from doing so. Together with Cliffjumper, she fought the «lord». After the victory, Myrkurana told Optimus Prime and Bumblebee to stop attacking Skyquake.
By helping to save Bulkhead's former and, at the same time, sworn enemy, Breakdown, from M.E.X.'s she showed mercy for the first time to an enemy who soon became her ally.
After Optimus Prime lost his memory, Myrkurana temporarily led the Autobot fraction.
After Skyquake's brother, Dreadwing, arrived on Earth, Myrkurana refused to attack him, citing her respect for Skyquake.
After the destruction of the base, Myrkurana stayed with Smokescreen and Optimus Prime, where she used her medical skills. After returning to the Autobot ranks, Myrkurana faced Predaking for the first time, but refused to attack him due to respect him as a king.

After the Cybertronian war

After the war ended, the fembot returned to her home planet, where she was partially blamed for the suffering and destruction by the new High Council.
Together with her friends, also Predacons and Shockwave, she fought against Megatron in the body of Unicron.

Despite her feminine nature, she is particularly cruel in battle. Outside of battle, she has a rough personality and often swears, but she apologizes for using profanity. She can sometimes show mercy to her enemies.
